These are standouts of the camp. A selective few from each camp are evaluated based on their skills set, ability to work hard and their incredible drive to play at the next level.
Very good at driving to the basket. Loves to take it to the basket, and is good at it. Needs to work on catching and shooting, improving on his release time, get a little more lift on his shot, team defense off the ball, shoot quicker and more often when open. Very good on the ball defense. Very strong athletic body but stands at only 6’0’’ tall. If he comes off his injury, he could possibly be a D3 or D2 player.
Excellent ball handling skills, but dribbles too often. Needs to go somewhere when dribbling and not stay at the same spot. Must be a lock down defender and has the ability to be one. Has excellent foot work and foot speed!!! Great shooting ability. Has excellent effort, desire, and work ethic!! Needs to improve defensively, on jumping to the ball, and raise release point on his jump shot. I feel he is definitely a college player but he is still young so determining his level of play is unclear.
Must concentrate on ability to stay low. Needs to work on his jab series, being louder on the court, and work on his left especially on the drive. Needs to be able to square up in triple threat and quickly pull that jumper. Will improve his game if improves jump hooks inside. I love his game and I think he has high D2 potential. Will play the 3 or 2. Standing at about 6'6'', if he continues to improve as I assume he will, I definitely see him as a high D2 or low D1 player.
